Its hard not to repeat one self but 2009 was indeed a special year for Entity sightings.
The sighting at Smeathes Plantation was exceptional as it was fully visible to the naked eye !
It was July 27th 2009 when myself and Paul Jones took the long walk from Barbury Castle to see this formation. It was a warm and bright day so distant visibility was very clear.
When we finally arrived at this formation I took the customary walk around this formation first before taking any photos. Due to  earlier sightings in the season  I made a point of visually scanning the surrounding landscape - just in case something was watching !.
At first we did not spot anything unusual so I begun taking pole shots.
Approximately an hour or so later after we decided to leave the formation I spotted some movement in a clump of trees up a hill directly ahead - South of the formation ( please note its not the clump of trees as shown in the image on the left ).
I stopped everything that I was doing and looked again. Without doubt there was something there moving rather oddly. The shape appeared to be humanoid with head, shoulders and arms but the bottom part was not clearly visible - almost as if standing behind a lower bush or even floating.
White/grey in colour with large and black looking eyes this Being moved incredibly fast - almost animated. This animated movement was only a few feet apart from one point to the next but it was a very distinctive movement which confirmed that we were indeed looking at something very curious which was not static and hard to explain to what it may be.
Minutes after the shape slightly changed - not so much a transformation into something different but this time the Being was holding something directly in front of it. Whatever the Being was holding we are of course unsure but it appeared to be some kind of unexplained long rod with V shaped ends.
Such moments can be captivating and mesmerizing where you simply forget to grab the camera and shoot.
Paul Jones asked me if I grabbed some shots - it was at that moment I grabbed my camera and begun to snap away.
The lens on my camera was a standard 18 -55mm lens which was not powerful enough to grab a good close up so I decided to change the lens to a 300 mm telephoto lens.
At this point something very odd happened. As I was unzipping my camera bag a piercing pain shot through my head almost as if someone gave me a whacking punch in the back of my head and then in a flash as if a voice out of nowhere said ' You have seen enough!'.
With the telephoto lens attached I pointed my camera towards the location where the Being was but this time it was gone !.
I quickly realised that whatever it was out there, I was not meant to get a clear photo shot and somehow IT made that point very clear.

To the very right and at the very edge of the clump of trees there was something else going on. Appeared to be a small craft hovering above the brow of the hill.

While checking my images I also spotted a sneaky Orb hiding in the trees then flying off into the distant horizon.

SPECIAL REPORT NOT ANNOUNCED BEFORE
In this crop circle formation Roy ( Norwegian documentary maker ) had a very expensive experience. While Roy was setting up his camera equipment his heavy duty commercial tripod with professional camera attached fell to the ground. Roy was rather surprised how this could have happened, however he was re-leaved that  no serious damage had occurred. So Roy picked up his heavy equipment and repositioned it back upright. This time making sure that the spikes at the bottom of each tripod leg were deeply inserted into the soil, making it impossible for the camera to fall to the ground again, unless someone lifted it then pushed it to the ground.
Roy turned his back temporarily when he heard a ' crushing clang' . Roy was completely surprised to find his camera equipment flat on the ground once again. This time the equipment was badly damaged and required expensive repair.
I have tried to attempt to push a commercial tripod to the ground and one thing I can say is that you cant - you have to at least lift it by one leg in order to topple it to the ground. So what happened here is a complete mystery but we both agreed that something mischievous pushed his equipment to the ground.
For the first time we have released an image of something lurking inside this crop circle. Could this Being be the mischievous little fellah who toppled Roy's camera equipment ?
